PRICE LIST 2025

You can choose from 4 types of rooms - room on the sea side (6), room with terrace (5), family room in the attic with a skylight (2) and room on the park side (2).  All rooms are double, except family rooms.  Attic rooms are family rooms type 2 + 1, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed.  Prices are based on bed and breakfasts for two persons.          

        Prices include
          * VAT
          * free Wi-Fi throughout the property
          * overnight stay for 2 persons (3 for family room)
          * breakfast          

        Prices do not include    
          * tourist tax and fees 2.35 Euro / person / day
          * pet fee 10 Euro / day. Please check room availability in advance
          * limited number of parking spaces - parking is possible for an extra charge of 10 Euro / day, please check availability

        Your stay and all other services are paid at the hotel reception
        For stays shorter than three nights, the price of accommodation is increased by 20%.
